Terms and Conditions for Revive Retreat

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Revive Retreat (the "Retreat") organized by [Renee Marie Lowney] (the "Coach"), you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Coach and the Participant.

Retreat Registration:

To secure a place in the Retreat, the Participant must complete the registration process and submit the required payment as specified on this registration page. The Coach reserves the right to deny admission to any Participant who fails to comply with the registration requirements.

Payment Terms & Inclusions:

The Participant agrees to pay the full Retreat fee as indicated on the registration page, either by selecting to pay in full or payment plan. The Retreat fee covers the cost of one night stay & breakfast at The Inn Middleton Place, Charleston South Carolina based on selected option on registration page and cost of materials for planned activities specified by The Coach. The fee does not cover travel, any other and/or additional nights accommodation, or other personal expenses. The Coach reserves the right to cancel the Participant's registration if full payment is not received by 15th May 2024.

Refund Policy:

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Retreat fee is non-refundable. In the event that the Participant is unable to attend the Retreat, the Coach will not provide any refunds, whether in whole or in part. The Participant may not transfer their registration to another individual without the prior written consent of the Coach.  

Retreat Cancellation or Modification:

The Coach reserves the right to cancel or modify the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In the event of a cancellation by the Coach, the Participant will be entitled to a full refund of the Retreat fee.

Participant Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Retreat. The Coach reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Retreat whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without any obligation to provide a refund.

Confidentiality:

Participants agree to keep confidential any information shared by the Coach or other Participants during the Retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, coaching techniques, and personal stories.

No Guarantees

The Coach makes no guarantees. Client agrees that any statements made by The Coach regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding on The Coach. The Coach may provide testimonials from previous clients, which is not to be relied upon to predict results in your specific situation. The results you experience will be dependent on many factors including, but not limited to your level of personal responsibility, commitment, and abilities, in addition to those factors that you and/ or The Coach may not be able to anticipate.

Not professional medical, legal or financial advice 

At no time should any of The Coach services be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health services, nor should the service be construed as professional therapy. The Coach services are not intended to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. If at any time Client needs medical, and/or psychological treatment, it is Client’s responsibility to seek it out.

At no time should any of the The Coach services be considered a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. If at any time Client needs legal or financial services, it is Client’s responsibility to seek it out.

Earnings Disclaimer

Any information provided by The Coach regarding wealth, abundance, income, earnings, business profits or personal financial status is for informational purposes only. The information may provide real-life examples and/or hypothetical examples of possible outcomes, which are in no way guarantees of what will occur in your specific situation. As you know, financial outcomes depend on many factors including but not limited to your level of personal responsibility, commitment, and abilities, in addition to those factors that you and/or The Coach may not be able to anticipate. You agree that The Coach is not responsible for your success, or lack thereof. Your reliance on any information provided is done at your own risk.

Right to Use Name and Likeness:

You hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the Internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research. This includes in person activities  or online coaching calls, and sales calls. Your consent is granted to The Coach and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.

You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by The Coach for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication.

You understand that The Coach owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.

Indemnification:

To the fullest extent of the law, the Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Coach, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the services contemplated by this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Retreat. The Coach's total liability under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the Retreat.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By proceeding with payment you are participating in the Retreat, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
